Description

Shotton Parish Council requires the construction of a new single storey Community Centre, including the design of the timber frame, at Bridge Road, Shotton Colliery, Co. Durham. The Works to include demolition of the existing building and construction of a new car park following completion of the new facility. The construction works are to be completed in two sections with the finished building ready for occupation by the client on the date of practical completion of Section 1 and the car park available for use at the end of Section 2.
The project will be administered under the JCT Standard Building Contract Without Quantities (SBC/XQ) 2016. The new facility is to be constructed as detailed on the drawings. The Principal Contractor to use the JCT Standard Building Sub-Contract with sub-contractor's design (SBCSub/D/C) 2016 Edition for the design, manufacture and installation of the timber frame.
Your submitted tender must include the completed Tender Return Form, Schedule of Works, Contractors Questionnaire and construction programme. Tenders submitted without these documents will be assessed as being incomplete and will be declined.
