Description

The demolition of two story former public house, including asbestos survey and removal of any asbestos material located. The ground floor slab and basement are to be retained. The existing garage door is to be infilled with blockwork and the existing stair access is to be infilled. The site is to be left safe and secure.

Tenders are to be returned to Currie & Brown at andrew.faraday@curriebrown.com and copied to Dominic.warner@campbell-park,gov.uk by 12 Noon on Friday 1st October 2021

Clarifications:
1. In sealing the access stairs/lift to the basement affixing a suitable steel plate over the access would be acceptable.
2. We note the retaining walls, dwarf walls and access steps to the south and west elevations are to be retained.
