Description

National Museums Liverpool is looking for an innovative occupational health and employee assistance programme provider to support colleagues in managing their health and wellbeing.

The organisation wishes to take a holistic approach to wellbeing and move away from stand alone services towards a more joined up approach, recognising that good health and wellbeing is about prevention as well as remedial measures.

The provider will engage with all colleagues to consider appropriate support for their health, and work in partnership with managers to give them confidence in discussing health issues and appropriate support options.

Ideally the service provision will be for an initial period of three years, to be reviewed at the end of this time.
