Description
The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for works to complete a wholesale refurbishment of a void property within the Thetford Forest. The general refurbishment of this 3 bedroom semi-detached property for rental purposes will include, new windows, thermal upgrades to building fabric, redecoration throughout, minor building fabric repairs and a complete electrical and mechanical installation for building services and heating system.
