This contract is for provision of a flexible, skilled resource pool to provide the work areas as outline below;

a. Project Management including Business Case production;
b. Business Analysis including Process Modelling;
c. Procurement Planning; and
d. Capability and Resource Planning.

The resource pool provisioned for this contract is expert in;

e. Delivering within the wider transport and other sectors;
f. Operational Technologies including roadside, control room and telecoms;
g. Asset Management aligned to ISO55000;
h. ITIL V3;
i. Delivering within Operational Environments;
j. NEC3 Contract Suite; and
k. The Employers current Asset and Technology Maintenance Contracts.
