Description
The Council is inviting tenders from prospective Partners to enter into an agreement for one of the following:
• Contract for the continued investment and operation of the existing facilities including Enderby Leisure Centre and The Pavilion Leisure Centre.
• Potential Contract for the operation of the new facility in Lubbesthorpe as well as the existing facilities
• Consideration is also being given to excluding golf (at Enderby) from the contract
The Council is using a competitive dialogue process because its needs cannot be met without the adaptation of a readily available solution.
