Description

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) is commissioning Scanning Electron Microscopy with X-ray Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM-EDX) analysis of Caesium (Cs) particles. Defra will provide the successful Tenderer with 30 SEM specimen stubs with Cs particles present on them. SEM-EDX measurements will be performed on all 30 samples to enable subsequent Defra evaluation of Cs particle size distribution, morphology, and chemical composition.
