Description

Crown Commercial Service as the contracting authority is putting in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3) (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. This will be a route to market for eligible user organisations to procure their scalable cloud hosting requirements as more specifically described in section II.2.4.

This Framework Agreement RM6111 is for use by Contracting Authorities in the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories, and Crown Dependencies, that exist on 01/12/2020 and which fall into one or more of the following categories:
1. Any of the following:
(a) Ministerial government departments;
(b) Non ministerial government departments;
(c) Executive agencies of government;
(d) Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs), including advisory NDPBs, executive NDPBs, and tribunal NDPBs;
(e) Assembly Sponsored Public Bodies (ASPBs);
(f) Police forces;
(g) Fire and rescue services;
(h) Ambulance services;
(i) Maritime and coastguard agency services;
(j) NHS bodies;
