Description
The London Borough of Lambeth (Lambeth Council) is an inner London borough with huge diversity, energy and possibility. We have long been home to radicals and reformers, entrepreneurs and innovators - people who work together to help change the lives of others and their own. We are committed to delivering great services to the people who live and work in Lambeth, while responding and adapting to the coronavirus pandemic that has impacted the lives of so many people. Our people are essential to delivering services and we wish to procure a relevant and responsive Employee Assistance Programme to maintain the health and wellbeing of our employees.
In March 2021 Lambeth Council's had approximately 2,600 permanent and fixed term staff and 600 temporary workers with a total headcount of 3,100. There are a range of office and area-based roles. Hybrid working (i.e. part working from home / part office) is now part of the council's working practice.
The proposed contract will run for a period of two years with an option to extend for a further two years.
The requirements of the service are set out in the specification and include:
• A 24/7 telephone service

• App
The Council are seeking a proposal that is appropriate to the council's current workforce profile of approximately 2,600 workers.
Providers are required to respond to the method statement and pricing document. Responses are required to each question. The template should be completed, or responses supplied on the providers own document ensuring that it is clear which question they are responding to.
Price will be calculated as follows:
Price Score = Total Available Marks x (Lowest Accepted Quotation/Tender Quotation)
Evaluations will be based on a combination of 60% quality and 40% price.
