The Council is seeking to procure the services of an agency to design Hart News. This newsletter goes out to 43,000 households across the district twice a year.
Our main objectives are:
continue to iterate the design of our magazine style newsletter reflecting the current priorities and focus of the council 
reflect our brand guidelines and corporate identity within the newsletter
ensure the finished product is accessible to readers and meets accessibility guidelines set out in WCAG 2.2 when provided on the website
