Description

Congleton Town Council is pleased to invite tenders for the Decarbonisation Project aimed at reducing carbon emissions and enhancing energy efficiency within the town hall. This project is a key part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Project Overview: The Decarbonisation Project involves the design and build of; Installation of Air Source Heat Pump, Solar PV, LED Lighting and fabric upgrades. Tender Submission Requirements: Interested parties are required to submit the required documents in line with the attached JCT requirements and the below:
1. A proposal outlining your approach to the project.
2. Evidence of relevant experience and qualifications.
3. References from previous clients.
4. A proposed timeline for project completion.

Submission Deadline: All tenders must be submitted by 14th March as per attached Employers Requirements. Late submissions will not be considered.
