Harpenden Town Council is looking for a suitable contractor to resurface a small grasscrete car park called the Baa Lambs car on Harpenden Common, Harpenden, Hertfordshire AL5 5JF (postcode for the Silver Cup Public House opposite the car park). This project is one of a number of improvements being made to Harpenden Common by the Town Council.
