Description

City College Plymouth is seeking to contract with a single supplier for the refurbishment works to K311, K312, K313, K207, K208, K103 & the formation of entrance foyer interview pods and rationalization of power and data to rooms K308, K309 being Phase 4 of a program of similar minor works. These specific works must be completed between 7th August to 18th August and cannot over-run. The college have commissioned Vickery Holman, Building Surveyors, to produce a detailed summary of works and technical specification. This is attached at Appendix D and should be read before submitting your bid. Vickery Holman will be managing this contract on behalf of the College and acting as the Project Manager/Contract Administrator for the purposes of this tender. All questions should be submitted directly to Vickery Holman as should final quotations.
