Description
Grosvenor House is owned freehold by the Council and provides a mixture of office and retail space to businesses for rent. The property also contains the Councils supported housing and CCTV team.
It currently houses five retail units at street level and a mixture of office businesses and telecoms within the tower block. The property has not received significant capital investment for a number of years and the rear upper deck car park has reached the end of its economic life. As such, it is proposed to replace the defective car park in its entirety.
