Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract (\"the Study\") for provision of services to further develop priority schemes for RIS 2 and identify cost savings to ensure an affordable RIS 2 portfolio can be developed and agreed. The study compromises five specific tasks however all the tasks link to a common theme of refining PCF Stage 0 work with further information that is now available to ensure the study work is as robust as possible.
