Description
The Business Continuity Planning Improvement project vision is to develop and or deploy an IT tool, to streamline the business continuity planning process and enable more efficient reporting on business impacts and continuity during an incident. The main functions of the new IT tool will be to undertake a Business Impact Analysis, generate Business Continuity Plans, enable reporting on the continuity status of business activities during an incident, and provide high level reports on the business continuity management system.
