Description

NHS Merton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to engage with the CCG to inform the CCG's commissioning of future service, including whether or not a competitive process will be appropriate. There is a clear need for the provision of early intervention and support services for emotional disorders and self-harm in Merton. To deliver the Government targets set out in Future in Mind and The Five Year Forward View for Mental Health, the CCG has an intention for an early help service for emotional disorders and self-harm at a 'Getting Help' level to be commissioned in Merton. The CCG intends that a local service should be established to build on the pilot work undertaken in 2016/17 and 2017/18 as part of CAMHS transformation in Merton, with the aim to commission an evidence-based, community-based service for young people aged 11-18 years, that provides counselling and therapy for emotional disorders and self-harm. If you have a potential interest to provide this future service, please complete the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ), having regard to the draft Service Specification and MOI (also attached).
