Description
The re-modelling of the former Public Conveniences in Church Road, Tiptree, including the build of a new Parish Council Office and the refurbishment of the Disabled Toilet.
The site is unmanned, but locked up. Viewing can be arranged through the parish offices throughout the working week with sufficient notice. It is highly recommended that builders view the site before quoting. All quotes are to be received by the clerk by 4pm on Sep 15th (closing date). Bids will be reviewed by council and winning bidder notified by email. It is vital that all bidders state the earliest date they expect to start, and the estimated time for the works to be carried out, with a defined end date.
