Description

NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG is seeking information from providers to identify the potential interest and capability of the market to deliver an Employment and Wellbeing service which will span primary and secondary care meeting the social, employment and wellbeing needs of people with mental health problems. It is anticipated that the service would have 3 elements

• Employment support
• Peer Support and befriending
• Signposting and advice

It will be:
• Available to all, irrespective of mental health issue (SMI or CMI); and is also
• Available to all, irrespective of setting

The CCG is developing it commissioning approach for the award of this new contract and its current intention is to award a contract for a period of 3 years, with the potential option to extend for a further 2 years. The total maximum potential contract value (over 5 years) would be £2,500,000.

The CCG intends to take a decision on the route to award this contract based upon the responses to this market engagement advert. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) will also inform the detail regarding the final specification. You are therefore encouraged to respond to all questions as fully as you can to help inform commissioners of the feasibility of their commissioning intentions.
