Description

We will be awarding a construction contract for the refurbishment of a period farmhouse in the North York Moors National Park. The total value of this contract over the entire period will be in the region of £100,000 and it should be completed by the 31st March, 2017. The works involved are asbestos removal, roofing, stonework, damp proofing, electrical, plumbing & heating (this list is not exhaustive). The property is accessed via a private track through a ford, across a field and over a bridge, hence inspection/attendance to the bidder day will be a mandatory requirement for this tender. Please note the mandatory bidder briefing day is on the 9th December, 2016.
