Description

The Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) is seeking proposals for the replacement of the current fixed line telephone handsets and the implementation of a unified communications (UC) system from its London office to provide:

• Telephony services
• Audio Conferencing
• Video Conferencing
• Online screen sharing and collaboration

The key benefits are to provide more flexible working options and improved remote collaboration between staff and members of the RCoA as well as to realise efficiency savings on time and travel costs.

The price range stated on the notice is for implementation and hardware costs and does not include VAT.
