Description

Government's offer to work with places on Town Deals includes the provision of additional support. The consultancy support stated here will make up one part of the support that will be provided to areas developing Town Deal Proposals. This will make sure local authorities have access to the right expertise to develop strong, realistic and fundable proposals. To support this, MHCLG is currently considering whether to procure a technical support offer whereby one or more consultancies will work with places to develop Town Deal proposals.

The Authority intends that this requirement will be procured using the CCS RM3745 Management Consultancy Framework, Lot 5 the CCS RM60108 Management Consultancy Framework Two, Lot 4 The Authority reserves the right to amend the intended route to market if the outputs of this PTME indicate this not to be a suitable route.
