Description

Providers are invited to attend a Market Engagement event to help shape the provision of a framework agreement (hereafter referred to as the framework) as permitted under the \"light touch regime\" of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This is being established by the NHS for the continuance and development of a multi supplier framework for significant Serious Incident and Independent Investigations.
It is the NHS's intention to create a framework divided into lots that meets the technical and geographic requirements for the NHS. The procurement is intended to commence in May 2019 with a call for competition notice published in OJEU. It is the NHS's intention is to put in place a flexible and responsive framework to enable the NHS to comply with the NHS Serious Incident Framework.
The Market Engagement event is to be held on 26th March in London. Potential bidders must first express an interest and register to attend, through the Bravo Portal by sending a message within the e-procurement portal - please see the link below. Details of the event and will be sent to providers who express an interest via the Bravo portal on or before the 19th March.
A Prospectus is provided which gives further details of NHSE's proposed procurement strategy and further draft documentation will be sent to those who have expressed an interest prior to the event to inform their thinking. The event will provide an opportunity for NHSE to present its strategy to the market. Following presentations, potential bidders will be able to discuss the deliverability of the proposed strategy with key stakeholders in the form of a question and answers session and a networking session.
This is not a call for competition. The event is for all providers who are interested in providing Independent Investigations and Serious Incident Investigation Services to the NHS now, or in the near future.
