Description

The purpose of this tender is to appoint a qualified Service Provider to develop and carry out quantitative research to provide:
a) Data and reporting around Adult health and lifestyle across the city of Stoke-on-Trent
b) Data on employee's health and lifestyle for the local authority workforce.
These surveys will take place annually in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
A written submission is required alongside a completed Application Support Document.
