Description

The service required is a full Funeral Service for Adults, Children, Babies, Stillborn and Foetal where liability falls to the Trust and will include the removal of the body to an appropriate facility, making of arrangements for a funeral service, preparation of the body and provision of the coffin. The service will also include the movement of the deceased between Trust hospital sites and other NHS / specialist sites when required.
