Description

To refurbish existing sports pavilion facility at Easington Recreation Ground in Banbury, to include new heating/hot water boiler and calorifier, rewiring and electrical work, replacement of sanitary ware, new floor and wall coverings, new windows and security bars/gates, new external fencing and general redecoration plus maintenance.

This contract requires normal building works and would suite a small to medium size contractor as well as the larger commercial firm but there are electrical and heating/plumbing works included.

Tenders are to be returned using the Tender Envelope label provided to Banbury Town Council by Noon on Friday 26th May 2017 in a plain envelope along with the necessary Risk Assessments, Method Statements and the completed Contractors Questionnaire.
