1. Consultancy for Capacity Building: Religious and Interfaith Engagement to Manage Environmental Risks Dialogue Series and Study
2. Consultancy for Advocacy Works: Religious and Interfaith Engagement to Manage Environmental Risks Dialogue and Study
The umbrella ToR is attached for the reference.
Please submit proposal for each ToR separately including financial proposal to A5043procurement@opml.co.uk along with company registration by 23:00 21st October 2024. The financial proposal should be quoted in IDR and should be inclusive of any additional overhead, taxes, VAT and Indirect costs.
The organisation must be registered in Indonesia. If selected, the contract will be awarded from Oxford Policy Management Indonesia.
Expenses related to the submitting the proposal until the award of contract are fully on the Potential Supplier, OPM shall not be liable to any claims on cost or expenses associated to the the process irrespective of the outcome of the proposal.
Award notification is not a contract. A contract will be entered into with a Preferred Supplier who will have successfully undergone due diligence and any applicable supplier verification process. In case a supplier fails at the due diligence, necessary communication will be done. OPML has a right to engage an alternative supplier in case a contract cannot be entered into with the initially successful bidder.
