Description

The MCA is currently undergoing a major transformation programme in the Survey and Inspection branch of the organisation. A key element of this plan is to provide a programme of coaching for the Technical Operations Delivery Managers (TODM) and Business Delivery Managers (BODM).

Tenderers will be expected to confirm that the coaches they provide meet all of the following technical criteria and evidence this:

• Coaches are expert in both one to one and group coaching.

• Coaches are experienced using DiSC© (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness)

• Coaches are ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited or equivalent with over 250 + hours external coaching experience gained over at least 3 years post coaching qualification.

• The Contractor is able to provide sufficiently qualified coaches (minimum of 3) to cover six months, minimum six sessions per participant, of 1-1 coaching for nine participants. Starting in June 2017 in the following UK locations - Belfast, Glasgow, Hull (Beverley), Liverpool, Aberdeen, Colchester, Southampton, Plymouth and Cardiff

• The Contractor is able to provide sufficiently qualified coaches (minimum of 3) to cover six months, minimum six sessions per participant, of 1-1 coaching for nine participants. Starting in October 2017 in the following UK locations - Belfast, Glasgow, Hull (Beverley), Liverpool, Aberdeen, Colchester, Southampton, Plymouth and Cardiff

• Identify what Integrated and Systemic approaches coaches are able to use

• Demonstrate how coaches will be credible, capable and comfortable working with senior individuals who are highly autonomous, analytical, new to the coaching experience and are potentially coach sceptical
