Description

Bidders are asked to submit a formal tender for the assembly and dispersal of key loans for the International Slavery Museum's 10 year anniversary exhibition Ink and Blood: stories of abolition Ink and Blood. The key loans are from London, Aix en Provence and New York.

NML is looking to procure assembly and dispersal including client liaison, transportation, facilitating couriers, crating, export, import, and delivery to site. The reverse will be applied at the end of a loan period of 3 months. This is to be in line with
Sections of the Government Indemnity Scheme Guidance for National Institutions, Published by Arts Council England, January 2016. Specifically Annex D - Security conditions and environmental conditions which apply under the Government Indemnity Scheme and Annex E - Transport Conditions which apply under the Government Indemnity Scheme.
