Description
Falmouth Exeter Plus requires the resurfacing of its Multi Use Games Area pitch at the Penryn Campus. The new surface should be a like-for-like replacement of its current pitch (sand based). The new playing area should include line markings for 5-a-side football pitch.
The replacement surface should give the facility new life and have a life expectancy of about 10-15 years, with light to medium usage, if maintained with an annual maintenance plan. It is also a requirement that the successful contractor removes and disposes of the old surface.
