Description
To provide efficient and cost effective repair and maintenance services to ensure that the buildings and compounds occupied by British Embassy Staff in Juba South Sudan provide safe living and working environments.
Outline Requirement:
The appointed contractor will provide the following services:
• Electrical works including fitting, maintenance and testing of systems
•Plumbing and Drainage including cleaning of water tanks
•Generator Maintenance
•Pest Control Services
•Fire Safety
•Decoration
•Carpentry
•Locksmith works
•Masonry
•Office and Residential Cleaning Services & window cleaning- including provision of two cleaners Monday - Friday 08.00 -13.00 and two weekend days per month.
• Grounds Maintenance, Refuse Collection and waste removal.
•Air conditioning
•Installation/ un-installation of equipment
• Transportation of equipment and furniture between properties as required
•Low value construction below the value of £2,000
•Other new works as required
