This notice sets out our intention to procure contracts for the provision of Governance Leadership Development and Clerking Development across the 8 Regional School Commissioner (RSC) regions of England between 2017-18 and 2019-2020. Contracts will be awarded in two Lots:
a. Activity designed to build the capacity of governance leaders (e.g. chairs, vice chairs, committee chairs) and support them to improve the effectiveness of their board; and
b. Activity designed to professionalise the quality of clerking so that governing boards receive the administrative and procedural information, advice and support they need to operate effectively.
