Description
The objective of this study is to critically assess the demand and revenue forecasts submitted by Grand Union Trains. It may include a similar but less detailed assessment of the submission made by GWR.
The Consultants are required to undertake a critical review and assessment of Grand Union Train's demand and revenue forecasting methodology and results, in particular to ensure it is consistent with PDFH methodology and uses the correct PDFH parameters.
