Description
The Turing Scheme is the UK Government's global programme for students to study and work abroad. This funding allows organisations to provide students across the UK with the chance to develop new skills, gain international experience and boost their employability. The scheme focuses on extending the ladder of opportunity to students from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds to participate in international study and work placements. Now entering its fourth year, the Turing Scheme is continuing to extend opportunities to UK students to take up international student and work placements across the world.
The administration of the Turing Scheme was previously outsourced to third parties. However, from the fourth year of the scheme, the Department will directly operate the Turing Scheme. The Department required an independent expert provider to evaluate applications in line with pre-set criteria. Our provider has now been determined by this tender.
