BEIS will not be held liable for recovery of costs from unsuccessful bids if a contract is not awarded. All costs will be borne by the bidding organisations. Completed tender submissions must be returned by email to BEIS, email address given in this advertisement (james.perrott@beis.gov.uk), by 11am on 17 March 2017. Interviews may be held between 24 March and 31 March 2017. If successful and upon contract signature, the supplier is expected to attend a project initiation meeting in April 2017. Project completion is required by 7 July 2017.
