BEIS is looking for a contractor or contractors to undertake a technical study to improve BEIS's understanding of the required electricity distribution network upgrade and reinforcement works, and the costs there associated with, under a range of scenarios that reflect full or partial levels of electrification of heat.

Completed tender submissions must be returned by email to BEIS, email address given in this advertisement (james.perrott@beis.gov.uk), by 11am on 17 March 2017. Interviews may be held between 24 March and 31 March 2017. If successful and upon contract signature, the supplier is expected to attend a project initiation meeting in April 2017. Project completion is required by 7 July 2017.
