Description

Bidders are asked to submit a formal tender for National Museums Liverpool's Washroom services.

NML wishes commission an external provider to deliver a high quality washroom service for our public venues and back of house facilities. We wish to provide washroom supplies and services that give us the confidence to ensure our visitors and workforce experience a first class and maintained service. We are seeking to set up a contract for provision of our Washroom services in the following public venues and staff-only buildings:

Our Public Venues:

• Merseyside Maritime Museum
• Museum of Liverpool
• World Museum
• Walker Art Gallery
• Sudley House
• Lady Lever Art Gallery

Our Staff-only venues:

• 127 Dale Street
• North Street Warehouse
• Johnson Street Building
• Midland Railway Building
• Juniper Street warehouses
• The Pilotage
• Dr Martin Luther King Jr Building
• Great Western Railway Building

The specific services required are:
Sanitary waste (regular)
Nappy waste (regular)
Air freshening (regular)
Logo mats and laundry (regular)
Sharps disposal (as and when)

NML intends to enter into a three year contract with the successful bidder, which will commence as of 7am on 9 May 2019.
