Description
The current service provider is the College of Social Work (TCSW); which will close by the 30th September 2015. The Department is seeking to protect its previous investment by ensuring that Government funded programmes and products currently provided by TCSW remain available to the Social Work sector. This tender is for provision of four specific services and the period of the Contract is two years, with a potential extension of a further one year.
The services are:
• Hosting on a website various publications that were commissioned by Government;
• Hosting the Principal Social Worker (PSW) Network (Adults);
• Hosting the Principal Social Worker Network (PSW) (Children's); and
• Certification of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) (adults).
This is notification that the Department is running an accelerated Ojeu Open Procurement for the services described. - (for which see ITT ref number 59955).
Interested suppliers need to register on the BMS system if they have not done so already. details of registration can be found on the attached document and link provided.

This procurement exercise will be conducted on the DH BMS (Business Management System) e-Tendering portal . Interested suppliers must read the attached Invitation to Tender documents carefully and respond by the deadline 07/09/2015 - by 14:00:00. All responses must be in English Language and submitted via the BMS e-tendering portal before the deadline shown for receipt of ITTs. Late responses will not be accepted. Organisations wishing to be considered for this contract must register their intent to participate through this system. Registration is a simple one-step process; the supplier must register as a company/organisation; then each employee who may undertake a tendering exercise must then register as an individual. Once this stage is completed, it is then possible to register expression of interest for this tender.
