Description

London Councils represents London's 32 borough councils and the City of London. It is a cross party organisation that works on behalf of all of its member authorities regardless of political persuasion. London Councils makes the case to government, the Mayor and others to get the best deal for Londoners and to ensure that our member authorities have the resources, freedoms and powers to do the best possible job for their residents and local businesses.

London Councils have recently signed a lease on 4th floor of Arthur St, London. It is currently an open space of 10,205sqft which will be transformed into a hybrid workspace with a mix of desks, meeting rooms, breakout and collaboration spaces. As part of the relocation, London Councils will reuse some existing display screens and are looking to obtain new IT/AV equipment.

London Councils is looking to appoint a contractor to complete acoustic surveys, source, deliver, install, and maintain good-quality AIT/AV equipment by mid-August. Structured cabling will be in place, so the supplier will need to collaborate with the main contractor regarding suitable output and work with the main contractors before, during and after the refurbishment to ensure a smooth installation (e.g. considering ceiling and/or floor mounting where glass partitions are prevalent). The supplier should have the capability to manage the entire end-to-end process seamlessly, with a dedicated point of contact and proactive communication throughout.
