North Hertfordshire District Council have been using MS Software Licenses for over 20 years and the current 3-year contract expires 31st March 2022. The authority have been using MSEA E3 for the past 3 years and the proposal is to move to MS E5 which allows the authority to move services to the Cloud going forward which forms part of the IT Strategy
