Description

City College Plymouth is seeking to contract with a single supplier for the refurbishment works to rooms K611A, K702 & K702C, K704, K308 & K309 K209 & K210, K205 & K206, K204A & other minor works, being Phase 2 of a program of similar minor works. These specific works must be completed between 17th July 2017 and the 28th July 2017 and cannot over-run. The college have commissioned Vickery Holman, Building Surveyors, to produce a detailed summary of works and technical specification. This is attached at Appendix D and should be read before submitting your bid. Vickery Holman will be managing this contract on behalf of the College and acting as the Project Manager/Contract Administrator for the purposes of this tender. All questions should be submitted directly to Vickery Holman as should final quotations
