Description

The works involve the construction of a single storey pitched roof extension of cavity wall construction to the John Lampon Hall, Lexden Road, West Bergholt, Colchester, Essex for use as a Community Hub and Parish Office, which will be self contained in respect of its own welfare facilities and access.

Please note, £10,000 of contingency to be included for the structural steelwork costs.
