Description
Burnley Council requires the support of an Architect/Chartered Surveyor experienced in historic building repair and restoration to support the administration of the Padiham TH (Townscape Heritage) Programme, and offer internal assurance throughout its delivery when required. The role of the Consultant is to ensure value for money and that high standards of building repair and conservation are achieved.
