In addition to whether organisations' Modern Slavery Statements meet the 'minimum legal requirements' stipulated in Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act, it will also consider whether the Statements meet the key standards set out in Home Office's statutory guidance 'Transparency in Supply Chains etc A Practical Guide'.
