Description

Bidders are asked to submit a formal tender for the Kitchen & Staff Rooms Furniture
To supply and fit New Canteen Furniture to 13 NML Sites,

We are looking to provide a comfortable breakout environment

All contractors must provide a layout for each site
All furniture must be mid-range - wooden top tables round or rectangle with wooden or plastic seats all furniture must be from a sustainable source. No fabric furniture to be provided.
Small computer desk and chairs to be provided at some sites

Site visits are recommended

NML are looking to procure a contractor who can design, supply and fit functioning safe and durable staff room furniture and remove old furniture from 13 sites

Removal of old furniture from current NML Sites

Designs and plans to be sent over with Tender document.

Furniture to be a mid-range quality

Tables - wooden table-tops and open space underneath for an easy cleaning solution to be provided from sustainable sources

Chairs - to be plastic or wooden, with no fabric elements for easy cleaning.

Computer desks - Wooden tops

Chair - Mid range computer chairs

All Furniture must be
