The College are inviting tenders for the appointment of a Principal Contractor to manage the full scope of the tender which includes the following works:

New highway entrance (include liaison with fencing contractor to complete northern boundary)
New hardstanding for roadways and support accommodation
New site wide service duct and trench installations (no services, only ducts with draw rope ready for service installation)
Replacement switch room structure and foundation
