Description

The house at Shiplake Lockis currently heated by LPG and this project is to remove the existing gas boiler and replace with a water source heat pump system. The tender includes the need to undertake the necessary design of the system and works to the river bank and trenching in order to obtain the Flood Risk Activity Permit and also includes any upgrades to the heating delivery system within the house and associated works.
