Description

Palladium, as the delivery partner for the UK PACT programme, invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for technical assistance in response to support Institutional Strengthening of REA for Renewable Energy Scale-Up in Nigeria.

This technical assistance activity aims to strengthen the operational and strategic capacity of Nigeria's Rural Electrification Agency (REA) through three integrated workstreams:
- Technical Support for Electrification Projects - Enhancing REA's ability to plan, manage, and deliver both grid-connected and off-grid renewable energy projects by embedding specialized technical expertise.
- Project Management Support to the SPDU - Institutionalizing effective project tracking and delivery oversight tools, while improving coordination across departments to ensure timely and aligned execution.
- Off-Grid Sector Coordination - Building REA's capacity to convene and lead the off-grid stakeholder forum, fostering improved engagement, collaboration, and alignment across the sector.
