Description

Eastbourne Borough Council invites tenders for building works to the commercial unit at 67/69 Seaside Road comprising alterations and refurbishment.
The contract is a stand-alone building project; it is anticipated that contractor selection and appointment will be within 2 - 3 weeks of tender return date; commencement date is to be agreed with the successful contractor but expected to be no more than 3 weeks after contractor appointment; completion should be no more than 4 - 6 weeks after commencement.
