The key elements we expect the final report to include are:
An overview of the costs and benefits of the different means of data transfers.

An overview of the data protection regimes of different trading nations without an adequacy finding and estimations of their gains and losses from not operating under an adequate regime.

An assessment of the influence of the GDPR on the data protection regimes of currently non-EU-adequate countries and their future plans on data protection adequacy with regard to the EU.

An assessment of the impacts on countries that gained adequacy that previously did not have an adequacy findings from the EU.
