Description
The Authority requires six (6) portable Pneumatic Masts, associated accessories and ancillaries.
There is no requirement for installation as these are portable and the Authority will instruct internal teams to move the Goods after satisfactory testing has been completed after award.
- The Authority requires six (6) portable Pneumatic Masts, associated accessories and ancillaries meeting the following requirements:
- Minimum extended height of 6 metres.
- Minimum head load of 50 kg.
- Hand tightened individual section clamps.
- Manual mast rotation handles or ring facility.
- External cable management from ground level to mast head.
- Sufficient guy rope kits and ancillaries for all six masts.
- Sufficient tripod style bases, with integral equipment shelf / access step, to allow for freestanding mast deployments.
- Padded transportation bag for each mast.
- Padded transportation bag for each tripod.
- 1x drive-on vehicle mount to allow mast deployments when a tripod is not suitable.
- 2x 12vdc air compressors to extend masts.
- 1x manual hand pump to extend masts when power may not be available.
- The ability to add static dry weight to each mast to increase stability in windy conditions. This should be achieved by using a minimum of two dedicated bags capable of each holding a 22 kg Heras fence weight attached to the tripods / mast lower section.

How to apply Instructions to Potential Providers:
Potential Providers must first be registered on the Crown Commercial Service e-Sourcing Suite in order to respond to the Procurement. If you have not yet registered on the e-Sourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link 'Register for CCS e-Sourcing'.

Crown Commercial Service will then process your registration and assign your organisation to the opportunity. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.
It is advised however that Potential Providers register as soon as practically possible in order to receive the Invitation to Tender and have a sufficient amount of time to respond. Crown Commercial Service is not able to offer any extensions to the advertised procurement timetable.
